….a chalkboard artist!
Hmmm. How many parents would have reacted positively to that statement? Mine are pretty encouraging but even so I’m not sure they would have been rushing out to buy me blackboards and books about type! But Dana Tanamachi shows us that perhaps they should have (if I had indeed been a wee junior chalkboard enthusiast) and perhaps, when our kids are old enough, we should show them some broad-minded support. They will probably have jobs that don’t even exist right now. And if you are unconditionally supportive and the result is that your child turns out to be a beaming and talented Dana Tanamachi you’d have to be pretty pleased about that I reckon. Dana’s time lapse video above holds the message for all of us : “Live what you Love”. Yes, I know we are in the depths of a difficult economy and I know it is not easy, but it’s worth considering, don’t you think?
I mean, just check out this smile, the one that says, I am oh-so-happy:
Thanks Design*Sponge, for the heads up about Ms Tanamachi and Dana, for living it your way.
