Collective Noun Love.

A parliament of (stylish) owls

There is something so charming about collective nouns for animals, don’t you think? Perhaps because we don’t use them often enough. But probably because they read like some delightful mad-cap Biologist (part-time Wordsmith) made them up over tea with a few too many nips of whiskey in the cup.

Do you have a favourite? Mine used to be a “crash of rhinoceroses”. But after seeing Woop Studios’ whimsical prints I am likely to change my mind. A lamentation of swans? Oh, do cheer up, long necked beauties. A circus of puffins? Roll up, roll up. A skulk of foxes? Slinky and perfect!

I dare you not to love these prints.
