Digression. Organising the bookcase.

A perfect segue from my discussion about the benefits of surfing the internet – looky here what I found. Isn’t it charming? I think (if I knew what it really meant, google-note-to-self) it may have warmed the cockles of my heart.

I was just about to ask my long-suffering husband to help me move our bookcase. It is (ahem, understatement approaching) “cumbersome”. He should be so lucky I didn’t ask him to help me do something like this. “Actually, honey, could you move that book back again? And now over to the next shelf? And with all the other blue spines…Okay, okay. No need to get tetchy.”

My hat goes off to Lisa Blonder Ohlenkamp and Sean Ohlenkamp for this whimsical and delightful digression from my blog-blab-fest about how I got here. Don’t you think it makes a great (sorry, can’t help it…book!)case for surfing the internet as a potentially enlivening and inspiring experience? See? This is the kind of thing that can get a person’s curiosity and creativity ignited….
